Installation details and precautions of 30m high pole lamp

  The 30 meter high pole lamp is mostly made of three sections. Its installation details and precautions are as follows:

  (1) The lifting system first connects the hoist of the lifting system with the main oil wire in place, and then sends the main oil wire into the second and third pipe in turn.

  (2) Insert the bottom section with brick or wood, insert the two and three sections into each other with crane, pull out the main oil wire about 1m from the upper section, connect with three auxiliary oil wires through the oil wire connecting plate, and then drag the main oil wire from top to bottom to the position about 50cm from the top of the oil wire connecting plate, and then put on the rain cap.

  (3) The vertical pole connects the three auxiliary oil wires with the low section flange, uses the power of the winch itself to tighten the three sections as much as possible, and then prepares a lifting belt with a length of about 30 meters (the load bearing should be about 4 tons), which is fixed with the flange motor door, and then lifted by the crane.

  (4) Installation of lamps and lanterns in order to avoid damage of lamps and lanterns during lifting, it is recommended to connect the split lamp panel with the main body of lamp pole before installing the lamps and lanterns.

  (5) After the installation of the light panel, connect the three auxiliary oil wires with the light panel, then start the winch to raise the light panel, test whether the hook is removed smoothly, connect the power supply, and the installation is completed.

  I've seen a lot of embedded parts pits of high pole lamps, with a volume of 5 cubic meters, which means that there will be more than 5 cubic meters of concrete to build embedded parts inside, let alone about 30 meters high pole lamps. Even if high pole lamps with a height of 35 meters are installed on such a basis, they will be as stable as Mount Tai.

  As for the steel pile as the fixed embedded parts, it can only be said that it is the choice of the rich units. Of course, the steel pile is more solid than the screw embedded parts, but I don't think it is necessary, because the cost is too high after all. In addition to the cost of the steel pile itself, it is necessary to mobilize the pile driver to complete the installation. These costs alone will soon catch up with the cost of the whole set of high pole lamps. The bottom flange of the lower section of the high pole lamp can not be measured, because the flange is welded with the cross section of the tube body. As long as it is welded, no one can measure it. Then there is the hook ring at the top, which can not be measured, because there is a triangular lightning rod fixed plate at the top, which is fully welded on the upper diameter of the whole cover, so there is no way to measure. However, the middle plug-in section can be measured. The anti-corrosion process of high pole lamp is hot-dip galvanizing and plastic spraying. The thickness of hot-dip galvanizing is 85 μ m, and the thickness of plastic spraying is 0.3mm. The thickness of these two processes together is close to 0.5mm.
